The headlight rotary buckets look like the early fiberglass ones only used for a short time before going to the pot metal rotary buckets.

I don't know about the rest of you but I wish the Indy cars still looked like this.

 

I was just saying that very thing to a friend. I have losr interest in the current Indy races which resemble formula cars.
It was far more interesting with the Novis and other unique front engined roadsters.
It didn't need to be at 234MPH.

 

And went 130-150 mph with drum brakes.
