    Thank you. I cut the flange down on the F100 box and re-drilled the three mounting holes. I've done that a a few of my Deuces in the last 20+ years. The sector shaft is located in the original hole in the frame. I don't have that measurement right now, but can get it for you. I can also take a picture of my extra steering box. In the meantime, this frame diagram may help.

    Thanks, Baron. I could use that measurement. Don't know why I'm even worried about having the exact location as I'm limited by my header clearance anyway. Did you shim the flange out to get the box in proper orientation?

    5" from the center of the sector to the center of the first firewall bolt. Here is a picture of my spare box.

    Thanks again ,Baron. I'll try shimming the box out with washers or a spacers first, then as a last resort , weld on a fabricated flange at an angle to fit the deuce frame angle
