I cast the finned inserts ,Stewart Warner gauges and a 1954 Ford speedo

The dash for my 34 tudor 5 inch and 2 5/8 gauges to fill the voids. holes marked for the two water temp gauges in the centre along with a McCulloch supercharger badge

 

This is a display dash that I did for displaying the Knecht Forty Ford instrument cluster. I haven't put it in a car yet. Still hanging on the wall. The gauges are all Stewart Warner Deluxe series 2-5/8 size which are still available individually to my knowledge. I tunneled the gauges about the maximum amount for proper sight from the driver's seat.

 

'56 dash in my '55 with hand painted speedo to match gauges. All knobs are changed over to chrome bullets

 

Same car, same dash, 60+ years apart.

 

is that out of a mid 30's Dodge?

 

My Son,Lance's 23T custom dash. He hunted over a month,for just the right wood grain,so it would added too the flame design. Many don't even take note of that type detail. There was a Knot hole under center were the MPH,making the grain flow around and out to each of flames.
