Event Coverage Car auction near Sedalia Missouri

September the 3rd there will be an auction in Sedalia Missouri of mostly 50s cars. Acres of them. Most have Missouri ***les and keys. Some 4 door hardtop station wagons but a huge variety of stuff. A mopar 2 4 barrel setup with manifold. I saw it on facebook. It was a collection of cars a couple of guys had and one of them p***ed away and that triggered the sale.

 

Do you know if there are any '46-'48 Ford cars?

I tried to look for it on F B. keep in mind i aint real swift with F B!! Anybody find a link?

 

Google and all the auction type websites (auction zip, gotoauction, etc) came up empty for me.

We need more info!!!!

Of course I need to go to an auction and buy more old cars and junk as much as I need a craniotomy.

 

What is the address, name of collector, private collection, old yard...yepp...need more info...

 

I was told they are getting the sale brochure finalized. Should have more info in a few days.

 

I didn't see any. The oldest I saw was a model A 4 door.

 

The auction company will be Hutchinson(sp) out of LaMonte Missouri

 

i found the auction company on auctionzip.com. (Hutchinson auction co.)No info yet on this particular auction, but, if they're still putting things together, it could be awhile.

I google earth the location of the auction and counted at least a 100 cars. It is south of Sedalia Missouri about 12 miles and just west of the junction of hiway 65 and state hiway P

Post up the selling prices if you happen to watch the sale. I'm sure a few will bring in some money but after that, who's buying them?
