Technical T5 Tranny - Need Identification

    Need help identifying my T5 tranny.. It’s supposedly a 93-96 S10 with Ford front bolt pattern.

    The best that I can read the tag is –1352216 or 1352246

  2. Shifter location looks like Chevy S-10/GMC S-15

    It is a 93-96 S 10 trans.

    R3.76 1st4.03 2nd2.37 3rd1.49 4th1.00 O/D0.76
    Around that time GM went to the Borg/Warner Ford flange pattern.

    Didn't they make a world class T-5 along those years i thought that was the most popular of the T-5

    Was the years for the world class T-5 was they bolted up behind the 2.5 4 cyl motors

  10. It is WC, Annnd, if you can find one, AMC used a Bellhousing that had the Chevy BP on the Front and the Ford BP that that tranny will bolt to. I happen to have one here. They were in CJs and I think Eagle wagons

    That year range only had the 4.03:1 gearset. There were no other ratios in the S10/S15 with that combo, as far as records show.

    The Ford pattern in a GM vehicle was end-of-model-line.

    That chart covers a wide range of T-5 transmission but for me is was simple to scroll down and see what Trans I bought for 75 bucks from a kid who woke up and figured that it wasn't going to bolt in his Camaro without a hassle. I think it is one of those 4 banger transmisisons though.,
