Been seeing all these combinations of Chrysler dealers, Chrysler/Plymouth, Dodge/Plymouth, Chrysler/Dodge, etc. but never see the combination that my father and his 2 uncles worked for in the 50's, a Chrysler/DeSoto dealership. In 1958 my dad jumped to VW because the word was that DeSoto wasn't going to be around much longer. One uncle went to Chevrolet and the other became a hardware salesman the next year. DeSoto lasted a couple more years but when it went under that was the end of that Dealership.
