I was watching this while it was for sale but didn't realize it was you that had bought it, I love the car and I also feel like it was a bargain for the price. I was very worried it would go to someone who would change it, especially considering the relatively low price for a Tri-5 convertible. Someone on BAT was talking about how they'd change it to their own taste. That would have been a terrible fate, especially considering the styles that seem to be popular there.

I wonder why it was changed from green to orange/gold? I don't dislike the color, just surprising it would get a color change considering the lengths that were gone to keep every other detail original, down to the tires.

I figured that people that knew me would have known that I was bidding on it. My name there is Futurian... who else could it be? haha.. I wondered why the color change also. The tangerine pearl does look pretty good on it though.... I am pretty happy that nothing else got changed on it. Imagine all the blister pack billet crap that some people would throw at it...

  12. Glad the car is going to a good home and that its still around! Always loved the 60 Chrysler tail lights in that car, but then I might be biased, lol.

A few people sent this to me, I wondered who would end up with it. Looks like it landed into the right hands. Congrats on a really great car!

Now you need to buy a showroom to put all your cool cars in. With big picture windows.

  24. Never would have considered myself a canted headlight fan but, after seeing this car, and a few others recently, I'm quickly changing my mind. Love customs. You need to get yourself some black suede Adidas running shoes to match up those tires.

  26. @Moriarity , you done did it again and a super charged engine no less. It appears to be a little dusty but it’s all right, in fact it’s a gas. Lol

    Outstanding looking car!
I see some Dodge/Plymouth cues but in a seamless, good way with great results.
