You guys are doing a hell of a fine job, it's pretty easy to see were this is going from the side picture. I know this seems like a real bag of worms right now, but one day soon you will set back with a beer and while looking at this car say "Damn dad we did pretty good on this one" . Believe that it will happen...

I love following along with this project, its amazing. Was there any reason you went with a 5W rather than 3W which from a non fabricator‘s view would seem easier to pull off?

Thank you Pete! Honestly it was a money issue. My dad and I started out with a sedan body because it was cheaper and converted it into a 5 window. We have always loved the look of a 5 window. I kinda liked that 5 windows were not as commonly chopped so that played a role. To answer your question though, yes. A 3 window would’ve been way more simple and easy. I would love to do a 3 window after this. I love the way they look when they are done right.

doing is this way was the only way it made sense in my brain. It turned out decent though. Nice to get that part of the chop behind me.

In that first picture above, I saw that drastic turn that needed to be done. I said to myself going to intersting how he pulls that one off, might not make it. Damn I should have known better, great job!
