    Hadn't shared anything for a bit, here's the late Galen Blanc, late 50's dragster, racing off Gowen Field Road, just south of where the Boise Airport is today.

    Ok, there's a couple things that stand out here. How the car is secured to the trailer, lol, The cyl head on the left bank, and the hemi head for ballast.:) I mean when was that picture?

    I think the left head was drilled and tapped to help support the compressor on the ‘58 Level-Air (or whatever it was called) system. Maybe Chevrolet air brake equipped big trucks too.
