Awesome! Glad to hear that you're "back in battery" as they used to say on the gun line.

Still in Building 5, the paint on this Chevy was incredible, the photos don't do it justice, but I tried to capture the beauty of it all.

I stayed away from this for a few days and I'm glad I did. Got to see more in just 1 sitting. Nice to see chopped Mercs with something other than DeSoto teeth, and with drip rails intact. Swillco roadster, I can't add any more props to it than what's been said. It checks a lot of boxes for this crowd, and seeing the ebDco logo explains it even more for me at least. One of these days...

  21. Thanks for the pic of my gold 56 in Post #124. That's the truest rendering of the paint of anyone from the show. It's already saved to my hard drive. Thanks again!

You're welcome. You can have the full size photo without the water mark if you'd like it. Give me an email address in a pm and I'll send it to you.

Thank you for that. I have massive appreciation for Tom and his photog skills; to be mentioned in the same breath is an honor.

OK, this wraps up my coverage of Building 5, such a great display. My hat's off to the manager of that building, they put together an excellent display of great hot rods and customs.

Alright, back outside for the last time; this is still all on Friday. It was late in the day, the crowd was thining out, and the sun was getting low. One last batch of photos before taking off myself for the day.

Great coverage of a terrific show. Your shots of black cars were some of the best I've seen, not very easy with the building lighting. I also appreciate the shots of the info cards you posted. It's amazing g how many cars are missed when attending the show and you have filled in some beautiful cars that I don't recall seeing.. Thanks for all your posts.
