Here is my latest video. Video number 11 for me. I think this is my best edit yet. Still lots to learn! Thanks for watching!

Pretty impressive from completely covered to actually running. I had never heard of cleaning points with just paper. :D

    That is a great video!
So cool that the older components, were made more simplistic and functional than any of the cheaply made stuff from offshore.

Paper such as business cards, relatively new dollar bills and paper such as match book covers, have a high "cotton rag" content, that has enough abrasion content, to clean the points and not remove a lot of metal from the points contact surface!

So cool that simple low tech elements such as business cards,
    "Paper" are an effective tool!

Great to see that truck out from under the tarp and running. (For the record, Matt wasn't the only guy trying to convince the owner not to store it that way ;)). I learned that paper trick from my brother. We were installing a Mallory dual point, and I already had the file ready. "Let's try cardboard first," he said. Fired right up. NOS points are getting scarce, no sense in filing them away prematurely.

Seems like a model A will want to come back to life more times than not. Good video :)
