This picture probably is photoshopped, but Dodge made a station wagon version of this truck in both a 2 door wagon, and a 4 door wagon.
The 2 door wagon has the wide rear pillar behind the door, just like the pillar posted here, and the rear panels are one piece. The 4 door version has that wide angled pillar behind the rear door and a simple narrow post between the two doors, and the rear quarter panels are split to accommodate the rear doors.
To build this from either wagon would not be a big step. On the two door, you simply remove the roof behind the door pillar, and remove the rear most roof pillars and fill the holes the rear most pillars left. The tailgate window is flat and would look much like the rear window on the back of the "cab".
If you used a 4 door wagon, you would need to move the pillar behind the doors forward and remove the narrow pillar that would be there. Filling in the seem between the rear door and the quarter panel would be up to you. Then you would do the remaining steps requires with the 2 door wagon conversion.
The wagon would be pretty nice because the inner metal work is already done, there are no access holes along the inner metal of the rear quarters, and there have a metal floor all the way to the rear seat, and when it was folded down, it had a metal cover that was level with the rear floor. If you used a 4 door wagon, you would have to fill in the inside of the door opening, and do whatever with the rear door seem.
My son built a 4 door wagon and had a 4 door wagon parts car here for many years (its gone now). I have a couple pic of the 57 4 door wagon in background pictures. All of the trim and chrome on the truck conversion is factory trim, as are the hub caps. This poor old parts car had already given up its trim for my son's car. The second picture shows the roof line, of the 4 door wagon above my truck bed.

When Dodge produced its Elcamino/Ranchero truck and called it a Swepside, they added the rear quarters from a 2 door version of this wagon to the bed sides of the 1/2 tome pickup bed. P1010120 (2).JPG P1010065 (2).JPG

All good points, but the "sweptline" wasn't an El Camino/Ranchero sort of vehicle built from a car chassis (station wagon chassis). The Sweptline was actually a truck chassis. Dodge had 3 truck options; the step side (no explanation needed), the "utiline" ( a wide bed version) and the "sweptline", which, as you mentioned, used the basic step side pick-up box and added the station wagon rear quarters to to make it a wide bed truck. I think they made them from 57-59 (or 60). They are kinda cool looking.
