Looking forward to the cost of the pit pass plus general admission. Also wondering what changes - if any have been made to spectator parking for vintage cars.

Assuming a pit pass will be additional?

Uncertain on that; but it is $20 for the RPM Nationals at Barona, and you are free to roam the pits to your heart's content.

The first TROG at Flabob was 30 bucks to get in. If the one day general admission cost of 45 bucks includes access to the pits it might be doable. IMO. BUT if the pit pass is on top of the $45.00 then is a no go for me. The ticket info online doesn't say anything one way or the other about a pit pass. And it looks like vintage car parking will be from the same entrance as the first event. But where you will end up parking is another matter. I guess time will tell. What I do know is that there is a Model A swap meet at the Little League HQ in Devore on the 15th so if I go to TROG it will be Sunday only.

Actually, it's in the ghetto section of Rubidoux. The neighborhood is very run down with gangbangers and homeless and thieves all over the place.

Not that I'm broke but that is a lot just for a spectator to get in. And I planned on racing. So it would be about 500 bucks just to show up with family, we'll see what happens

Anyone know if spectator admission includes access to the pits? Or will that be extra, if at all?

  15. From what I understand, it's an extra cost.

I ended up picking up an early 3 o'clock gig on Saturday, in Fullerton, so I'm not sure if I'm going to head out on Saturday or not. If I do go I'll have to cut out by noon so I can get back in time to get to the gig. But I'll go on Sunday. I did apply for the car show there, haven't heard back yet if I was accepted or not.

I'm cornfused, or maybe a little bit slow.

How much does it cost to get in?

Is that per carload or per person?

How much does it cost to park?

With or without being towed away?

How much does it cost to get in the pits?

And what days are what costs?

$45.00 per day per person or 70 for both days which is more than the last event. Parking was free last time so I'm assuming it will still be free. Nothing on the ticket site or the TROG site about access to the pits being including in the admission cost or if it's extra or not available.

Well I was planning on taking the girlfriend and kids in her daily driver and it was going to cost at least 3 to 400 bucks just to do the event, but she has to go to a meeting for work that whole weekend and the kids are going to go to friends houses so I may just cruise up by my lonesome for the day. Going to go on the website in a little bit and check out the options as it seems like it's going to be a nice weekend weather wise

  22. Just was told this morning, there's 150 cars entered, so far. Was also told there WILL be an extra cost to get in the pits, but didn't say how much.

Does seem a bit pricey. Still on the fence about going on Sunday. Going to a Model A swap meet for sure on Saturday.
