    @65pacecar,

    I think there is an unwritten rule about posting anything about Gene Snow here, due to his guilty plea and conviction concerning child molestation charges.

    Don't know if Ryan has condoned this or not. Personally, I would not post anything about him.

    He was at a meet one year, I bought a shirt and he signed it. Worthless, can't even wear it.

    I think this car was run as Spartacus for many years with wedge power. Midwest car. Anybody know for sure?

  26. Yes, that was Al Desalvo s' Sparticus. Al ran a Hemi, but his son ran a wedge in his 1964Plymouth super stock. Sorry about the off topic wheels and scoop. Spartacus Al Desalvo.jpg

    Screenshot_20230309_202746_Instagram.jpg This is the color me gone 64 hemicar. I've seen this pic for years but I've never seen another pic of it after it was cut up. I don't believe I ever saw it racing as an awb or with a 65 front end or anything. Did it get sold and painted? Anyone have any info on the lineage on this one?

    Looks like it had already been sold based on the driver's name on the door. Would have been cut up by the new owner. Roger Lindamood's 1965 car was a 2% hardtop for the Winternationals then converted to the AWB car which was then taken back by Dodge and sold to Mr Norm.
