    As many sending units as I have changed on those I should have spotted that. I think I flagged 2 or 3 tenths of an hour for each one that the lube guy had me change.

    We are definitely on the right track, very Pontiac like but the bolt spacing is slightly off.
    Might this fit the Aluminum Pontiac v8 from like '63? See additional photo.

    If it is oem there may or should be a number inside the filter area.
    Bingo, found it and it may have actually been on an engine in certain Pontiacs.
    OLDS, 330, 350 R 400 and what not eBay item number:165390715095 I've had a half dozen rigs with a 350 R and have a 350 R and a 455 in the shed.
