    time for another show at the crown point fair grounds, this might be it's last time, who's been asked to display a car?

  2. My car was in that show a couple years ago. Not this year tho:rolleyes:. I do hope to attend.

    both gulf/miller cars will be there, guffey will be bringing his and then there is this one

    Tried to talk Dave into scanning these miller carbs and making me a pair for the edmunds intake on my hemi.

    this show is put on by Dr Mark van buskirk. he was the dentist who acquired the khougaz roadster and sent it to Dave Simard to be restored. I remember seeing it on billboards in the area with the phrase world's fastest dentistry, Dr Mark Van Buskirk. so I got to thinking, I went to school with a mark van buskirk. it could be him. Turns out I went to school with his younger brother Mike.
    this show might be the last, I hear he's retiring and moving to southern Indiana. this must be his latest adverti*****t.

    there were more cars there, some pretty neat stuff but not too hamb friendly, these cars were parked outside today.

    I don't usually get all gaa-gaa over big, bottle cap metalflake gold paint jobs. But this car is a KNOCKOUT! :eek: I think what saves it for me is being two-toned with the white.
