I don't know about you but I always appreciate "modern restrooms" when I'm traveling. Especially in the middle of the desert. But 2 cents tax (40%) on 5 cents?...7 cents a gallon sounds reasonable by itself. The tax is outrageous.
The 5 cents was actually just a savings and not the actual price. Maybe the 5 cents savings was on the 29 cents for whatever the "Bronze" was.
