I am looking for a set of hydraulic roller lifters for a 60s 327 if any of you guys have any at a reasonable price for my old Vette

 

Well hopefully the weather will be good tomorrow. I am planning on working on the wagon. I will also do a few small projects in the garage.

 

First local cruise in of the year was today. There was a good turnout.

 

Interesting is that bubble on the side just to create more leg/foot room or does it have some other function?

 

I don’t know. I didn’t notice it until you said that.

 

It doesn’t look like any kind of air intake, but then again I could be wrong ( incorrect that is)

 

It's a heater lol, let's the heat in from the header

 

I looked inside it's for more leg room, the mesh is not functional. Sorry I missed seeing you Enloe.

Did you notice if there was one on the other side? It doesn't seem to take away from the car at all.

Yes sir I plan on showing up to the HRR. Not sure what I'll be driving as yet but one of my pieces should make it. Any word on the Corvette? Joe

it is a slow wait on parts.
I am going today and look at a engine and trans for the wagon. I may be driving it this year. A guy is doing a LS swap and has offered me a 350/350 combo that is complete from carb to pan. I am probably going to buy it.

 

Hope the trip is worth your while. Parts issues seem to be a world wide problem. You can locate what you don't need can't locate what you do need. Joe

I picked up the engine today. It will be going in the wagon next weekend.
