1949, 1950, 1951 Mercury Pictures

That’s the way to build a four door!

 

That green with gold scallops is just about what I’m looking for. Can anyone tell me more about that car. It has some sort of a crest on the fender that looks like it could possibly be a Barris badge.

 

Oz Welch built the Merc, he has his badge on the fender. Merc is known as the Bad Apple.

 

....and the car has been cut apart since those pics. He cut the entire roof off and put another one on to do the chop differently. I haven't seen if it's been finished

 

Looking in the background of the pictures he is posting, it is sitting in the background waiting its turn.

Thanks, but SLO POK no longer belongs to me, it belongs to @CHITOWN 29A now and will get much more exposure than I would ever have been able to have given it!

Absolutely, believe me the decision wasn't easy but I'm sure I made the correct choice!
