Love the wheels. I take it they are 30s Plymouth wheels.

Hey Scott, I just reread and noticed the front tires, radials. What brand and where did you get them?

  8. This interior has been kicking my ass. Finally getting it wrapped up though. Still need to make door sills and install the shift and brake boots. Then the seats can finally go in.

  10. Thanks Dave. It's sure not perfect, I made a lot of mistakes and redid some of it several times. A trimmer I am not. Kinda tired of screwing with it, just want to go for a drive!

  17. Almost there.... Got a couple little issues, mainly the shifter is a pos. I need to fix that before any real driving

  27. Well the first drive today didn't go as planned. The car drove pretty good on the highway, but it got hot. Was pushing coolant out the overflow by the time I got back. Then the upper rad hose blew off. What a mess. I got it all cleaned up, now I'm going to have a beer or 3..

    Well.....poop!
Thats a bummer. I would never have guessed that would get hot with that fan and shroud.
Any ideas? Hopefully something simple... ...is the fan rotating the correct direction? thermostat junk?

    Good luck

  30. Thanks, @wetskier2000

Sorry everyone, I kinda left this thread hanging.......

I sorted the cooling issue and put a couple hundred miles on the car last summer. It's really fun to drive!
Still need to replace the shifter and get the 2 outer carbs on the tri power working
