Customs Cars made into Pick-ups

long ago, while working far into WV, i kept p***ing a yard with an old ford truck just sitting there. finally saw an older gentleman, stopped to talk and he took me into a large building with at least a dozen old Lincolns & Cadillacs, all made into wreckers. way before cell phones and had no camera.

 

As seen at the Torque Fest this past weekend in Dubuque Iowa. Good pic MrG***er.

That's a very buildable car. Any car could be used as a donor. That one is very cool though.

Reminds me of a really bad banged up Benjamin radiator surround i took to the hotrod swapmeet in Es*** U.K. years ago. The badge on the other hand was still very nice and a hotrodder bought it for his new-born son named , you guessed it, Benjamin.
