Yes we were tougher then. Kids these days couldn’t handle a small fraction of what we could back then.

She was 83.....

 

I wonder what that venue was? Not exactly packing them in.

Saw her once at the Cheetah in Venice.

 

I took a header off one of those sets of Monkey bars as a kid. Got the scar on the back of my head to prove it.

Didn't do any permanent damage, other than a terrible yearning for old performance engines.

'course, I'd probably need a brain before I could damage it

My wife and I saw her at the Honda Center in Anaheim about 15 years ago…place was packed.. one of the greatest live shows we ever saw. Ranks right up with The Eagles and The Beach Boys…Cindy Loper opened for her..
