I tried to get to “clearance” or discontinued last night and got absolutely nowhere. Any advice (Anthony)?

My old boss used to say, "A deal on something you don't need is no deal". Obviously I ever really listened to him since I have a bunch of stuff I bought because it was a deal or included with something I did need. Like a '49-'51 Merc rear end that leaks gear oil and I'm tripping over on a daily basis. I'm sure my son will be cussing me when he has to dispose of all the "deals" I acquired over the years.

I really need to quit looking at the sale...I just ended up buying some more cheap seatbelts and some bullet lugnuts since they were cheap and I will need them some day... By the way, there are no more white cheap seatbelts. :D

I just finished installing ... still need to fabricate a bracket to hold it .... E-brake cable.
My 49 Dodge a cable is $100 ..... The Holley sale had a 1969 Mustang cable that looked close for $9.

For that price I just took a chance, very minor mods to it & is just fine. For $9 I now have a working E-brake

cool, thanks for buying those, I have had a bunch in my shopping cart for a week now. They were too cheap, But I knew that if I put them in one of my cars that I would not have worn them and would have been upset that they were always just laying there... now I don't have to worry about it. As one of my former bosses once said "you can go broke buying good deals"

Glad I could help to buy the white seat belts that I may or may not use for a while. :D If you need them, you know where they are at. I tried to buy 8 but there was only 7 left. The short version that caused me to go look is that two of the black seat belts that I bought were apparently lost in a damaged package from UPS...along with the rubber floor mat that also is MIA. Anyway, I figured it was about as easy to just get some more seatbelts at that price but they didn't have more black ones. So, since I will likely put white interior in my Merc, white seatbelts can work...or on my black and white seat in the GMC.

Got my stainless flathead rear dumps from Holley, look like a great product. Was really happy to see the jog on driver’s side for steering box too. Anybody mounted these with an F1 box??

I bought two sets of headers, both of which I already have engines for. I was starting to doubt my sanity until a saw a few examples of guys who bought stuff they don't have engines for.

Uncle Buck, Neither center or rear dumps fit 32 with flathead and Hudson box. Center dumps may clear by raising engine a bit and then dimpling for steering box clearance, but the center dump looks like there is not enough space above stock wishbones to attach an exit pipe, split bones would be ok. They are pretty though.

Well that’s a bummer, I didn’t want to hear that. I did order a set of each expecting a challenge so I guess I will see what happens

One thing for certain, you will not lose $$ on them .... Even if you just use for trading stock, you will get the money spent back in value.

Well, unless you build a car from scratch around them ..... all bets are off.

They fit up beautifully and in conjunction with an old set of lake pipes I now have a full chrome exhaust for extremely little money. Sounds amazing too, I was shocked at how good it sounded compared to the old manifolds and short pipes.

Someone expressed surprise at the metric hardware supplied... Header mfg. lately was related to the release of all the FRENCH flatheads.
Thanks, Holley. I bought the stainless center dumps, the 'Finishing touch!'
Well, I could use some nice Navarro or Sharp heads for such a deal... LOL
