It's amazing that these '32 year Fords keep showing up. Congratulations on your new addition!
I'm fortunate to own two Henry '32s, but both were pieced together from collecting parts for years. To find one with history and being able to contact the builder is extraordinary.

  8. Greg, you are known to find some good cars. Where did this one come from ? I know there are still a few 1932 ford roadsters hidden away in Connecticut.

Loose the go-cart steering wheel and it will be 100%!
Maybe a "53, the same year as the engine!

That’s awesome @GregCT. I sold my roadster 3 years back, and had the itch for another since! Yours is a true time capsule. And how cool is it, you spoke to the original builder! Congratulations!

  24. Greg,
    I'm no expert!
I never saw both together at the same time, but, if memory serves,
both have a key-way and no spline so I would say if the diameter is the same it would fit.
    And would look great!

Yeah, those are stock headlights. Seems like anybody would know that. I’m fine with me small 60’s steering wheel. If you get to a certain size these little cars are almost impossible to drive.

Sorry you missed the point an don't know, so a little history fill in for you.}; We did not use older big stock headlights in the 50 or 60s, they did not work for *****.< They were outlawed at the end of the 30s going in to WW2 ,cars n trucks had become faster n roads better,,the old bulb n reflector big things only showed enough road to still see at night at around 25 mph before you over ran what you could see head. The new 7in. sealbeams showed road ahead up to around 50 mph,, ,Every hotrodder used 7 inch sealbeams.* Most USA states had law that all cars an trucks had to used 7 inch sealbeams by 1939. It's a bit sad that so many now days, just follow trendy copycat things they see, fall in love with a wrong look ,with out knowing history=Then defend there mistake vs learn. You can't change history* ,just because aftermarket newer fake repop big lights have halogen or a like better bulb now. < Big lights still don't belong on 40/50/60s hotrods,an did not work then, just look at real rod pics of the times.
It's a great car n I like it,but tryed to help you get it better.
Your not the only one, that needs this info. Learn from it an be a better hotrodder.
