LOL that is how my 48 always showed up, in the background behind the car behind the car that they were actually taking the photo of.

Great photos Blue4U and very much appreciated.

You forgot to mention the billet.
LA, not a real boob in sight other than the ones street rods.

@Blues4U nice coverage dude. I am ashamed to admit I have never been down there for the show. Totally a blown shift on my part. Thanks for bringin a piece of the fun into my laptop. I meant my computer.

    So... BB;
    Are you suggesting that you'd rather look at lots-o-nuthin' or retina-damaging views, rather than nicely-proportioned plastic-fantastic - *if* well-cared-for real-steel isn't available... ??? :D .

Thanks again for the great photos.
We were watching it on YouTube the other night and I saw your Blue pick-up drive by and I said to my wife ..... I know who that guy is.
It's a long haul from "Down Under" but I will get there one day.

Thanks Richard for bringing me a part of the show I didn't get to see. We spent most of our time in the swap meet and didn't get to see all the roadsters inside. Looking forward to seeing the rest of your pictures.

    You're welcome Aussie!

Good to see you too Tim, as always. Yeah, that one's a beaut. Maybe someone here will see it and give the guy a call.
My pleasure! I have a lot more to go, so stick around.

Here's my last update for the time being. I head out to the airport in a couple of hours, so I'm going to focus on a few other things before then. I'll pick this back up when I get back. Until then, enjoy these:

Less than half of the coupes & roadsters had the 'obligatory' fog lamp on front!

    Do they share 'em?

Nice to see pictures of Chick's roadster. It's the real deal. Gets driven everywhere.

  28. I've been going to the LARS for many many years. Even when all the Easter Egg colored cars were there(YUK!!!). I'm into Traditional cars, or Traditional "Styled" cars. So, when I used to post pics from shows I went to, that's ALL I shot. That's why I don't go to hardly any shows anymore. I stopped posting my pics here, cause EVERYBODY with a phone thinks they're a photographer...lol. One shitty car after another... When I joined, there was only me and one other guy who posted shots from SoCal shows.
To answer your question, YES I would rather see nothing, than a bunch of glass, billet, Polished American Streetrods...and Old cars with 20" wheels, here on the HAMB.

Alright, I'm back. Was a 4 day trip to Atlanta, and a gig the night I got home from there, and a blues jam yesterday. Man, I'm still dragging this morning, jet lag plus the gigs has me worn out. But, here's my first batch of photo's, lets get this wagon rolling again.

  30. The specialty parking looks a lot emptier on Friday or was it just early on Friday.
