Technical What's it?

Going through my brother's garage and found these. Canr remember

 

looks like a clutch disk alignment tool.

 

To me they look like the handles dragster guys use to lift p/g trannys in and out.

 

Reminds me of a "practice" piece made in machinist class...when learning to knurl..

 

Could it be a handle for inserting a cam into an engine?

 

Reminds me of this with pieces missing......
