It was pretty empty

 

No power parking for Saturday, all the good spots were gone by the time we got there. I guess we should've got there a little earlier.

@1oldtimer 's panel truck. We didn't travel to the show together, we just happened to end up next to each other.

 

@paintslinger805 's roadster was there on Saturday, in the specialty car parking area, not in the roadster section

 

Thanks heaps for taking and posting the pics as I realise that it takes a lot of time to do it. Definitely looked a lot better on the Saturday compared to the Friday. Do they still require finished paint jobs to allow cars into the Roadster Display area?

I pulled my green heap up to the swap meet gate on Thursday afternoon to see if I could buy my "ticket" for the entire weekend and circumvent any lines on Friday and Saturday mornings. The LAR member manning the gate said that I could just go around to gate 1 and get in with the other roadsters for free. When I did just that on Friday and Saturday mornings, I got a little good natured ribbing from the guys manning gate 1 but, they let me in.

 

I for one agree with the relaxed rules on paint. Your green heap is a beaut to my eyes, I appreciate it far more than some of the plastic fantastic deuces, and I wouldn't change a thing on it.

Can somebody tell me what I'm looking at here? I like it, I like it a lot, but I'm not sure what it is. Is it a 36 pickup with a passenger car front end grafted on?
