It was obvious some balls or a cage was missing. I just wondered which. Seems someone put it together that way. Lucky it didn't wad itself up.

Earlier I gave the 307 some vitals for the first time since I owned it, it was dry with no filter, I started by trying to pour the oil over the pushrod hoping it would run down onto the cam, that got old quick.

These guy's were kind enough to use their golf cart to pull me back to my pit when I broke the rear end first round at the HHRR Bowling Green event.

Got Jackson a carburetor to try. Didn't clean up very good on the outside but the inside is nice and clean. This should be good so it doesn't stand out like a new carburetor.

  17. I finished up my off topic project today, it should be ready to tote the trailer now, what a messy job.
My fittings also came in for the Henry J's trans cooler today, so hopefully tomorrow I can get back on that and decide if I want the lines out the bottom or around the side.

  20. I mixed up some Gain laundry detergent with water to spray on the bags so they'd seat in the springs, at the end I sprayed the left over on my arms and wiped them pretty clean with the tougher pickerupper

playing with new rearend gears, then I'll move on to the new radio...

This is the first attempt with the same thickness pinion shim as the original gears used. I guess it'll probably do.

  29. One thing about primer is you find all the little stuff you missed… IMG_5137.jpeg I’ll block it and touch up a few spots of body work and spot prime those.
