Very cool...I've never seen that shot of Al. Kind of a transition period when he was running the Cragar wheels on the rear but still had the Howard's on the front. Earlier:

I think this is the same Denistons that later had Gliddens CJ Mustang convertibles

 

I wonder if this was a Friday night run what you brung type of deal? New stock Camaro on the other side. The Camaros could be fast with the right combo right off the showroom floor, but not 10.85 fast.

 

By transition do u mean it had cragars on all 4 corners at one point? I've never seen that.
