Hot Rods Traded my perfectly good 32 roadster for a 36 Pheaton in need of a little love

    changed the flat headlights to some glass round ones .hate the look of flat headlights in a round car. the seal beam conversion looked like it worked nice and was on the car when it was painted 20230621_210236[1].jpg 20230621_210228[1].jpg

    tonight I thought I would try to straighten the pass side front bumper brackets that didn't go to well.had planned on removing the square lights and painting the brackets . looks like new ones are available 20230622_213859[1].jpg
     
  5. Nice pickup. Always loved the 4dr convertibles, wish they still made them. I'm assuming it's not the original drivetrain? (sorry if I missed that part)

    I want to give some praise to Southern Rods for helping me out with bushing already got them & installed 1 side . put proper washers & steel sleeves inside

    The car cleaned up way nicer than I expected it would still a 10 footer still a lot of bugs to work out but I am happy to be driving it

    Wow, she cleaned up real with a spa day or two and new shoes. That body style has always been a favorite of mine.

    20230814_203233[1].jpg still needs a bunch of work . thought I had a wheel bearing going out .found the parking brake lever rubbing the brake drum. Spring was on backwards easy fix. would like to find a chrome windshield frame the one on it is spray painted
