You have really come a long way on this Coupe. It must feel fantastic to hear it run. Have you driven it yet?

Looking good the panel paint is my vote I like the blue and white but there are several cars in my neighborhood that are done like that I would rather see something like candy green with gold panels or something like that but it’s your car and every color me you have built you nailed it so I will trust your process as it always comes out fantastic keep up the good work

I have always Liked Gary Densham's 33. Always wondered where it went. Never thought to ask him. DSCN2624.JPG

I am thinking the same thing for my '49 Anglia build - -green w/ yellow roof panel paint.
(WAIT! Can I say the word Anglia on a Willys thread???)

I have never been a fan of green but I am considering this color with white vinyl diamond interior.

The first coat is on and I'm thinking white/Ivory tuck and roll interior with green piping on the seats.

  25. I loved painting outside. Some of my best paint jobs were done in the driveway. Can't do much painting outside here in Missouri though, to many bugs, the wind comes up out of nowhere, and it can rain at any time. Looks good.

It’s a very interesting color. Can you take some pictures of it in the sunlight after the paint is finished? I definitely agree on the white interior with the green piping. I’m anxious to see it with the wheels on and rolling under its own power.

Is that a 6 lug 12 inch rim? If so, is was for Midget use. that six bolt pattern dates back to the early 1930's when Midget wheels were made from 1926-27 Model T brake drums and 12 inch utility wheel rims. Do I spy an American Austin Coupe body on a rail in the background? Always enjoy your build updates. Bob
