Hot Rods What’s the status on the Greene Grenade?

Haven’t heard anything about it in quite a while, wondering if it’s still around?

 

Richard Rawlins had it in the Mid 00's, not sure if he still owns it.

I believe Chris Elmer built that car. If I'm not mistaken in Utah, a long time ago, car was pretty cool as I believe it was chopped 6 inches but anti sectioned a couple inches through the doors and also used Sedan doors.

Man it blew my mind seeing that in person in my early 20s as I was first getting into hot rods !

Isn't the alternator on the back of the engine? Its belt runs through a slot in the bellhousing to a pulley on the flywheel, or something like that.

It’s in Texas now, just a little south of Dallas. I talked to the owner a few weeks ago, but didn’t see the car. He has semi-retired and will try to get it out more.

In the video Jason said how he loved the car and would never sell it and then it turns up in Texas, I gather with a new owner.
