    The weather was even more disappointing on our end what with flash flood watches with heavy rains and the like that all of us devided initially by to go but when it got worse we decided against it …..

    Unfortunately, the Gathering is the same weekend as the ECTA Fall meet at Blytheville, AR. If the tow rig's brakes are fixed by Wednesday, my first priority is putting the Virginia HAMB Special in the record books.

    @D-Russ,

    I remember friends raving about Merc hubcaps 40 years ago. At that time I didn't care that much for them. Since then they have grown on me. I think that they are perfect for your Vicky.

    I finally got around to building a fan shroud for Miss Vicky. I made it in three pieces so I can service the fan, belt and water pump without removing the headlight bar, grille and radiator.
