hey there! Dan Holland is my dad …. Sadly he passed a little over 2 years ago and never got to find his car again. Im looking for ANY INFO …… I’d love to locate it and talk $$$$ ….

 

Here's some photos of the '40 Willys coupe (w/ a '39 Willys-Overland front clip) and a '37 Willys sedan that I was fortunate enough to pick up this past year. Both of them were found here in WA state. The '40 coupe had been sitting inside of a shed on the side of a local mountain for over 40 years. It was originally found sitting in a farmers field (in the late 60's) in Aberdeen, SD by the person I bought it from, when he was only 17 yrs old. The '37 sedan had been sitting in a field for the past 70+ years, albeit in a very secluded location, and not visible to anyone who happened to drive by on the nearest gravel road. I bought it from a 92 year old gentleman who had bought this as his very first car in the 1940's. And yes, cars are really able to sit out in the elements for over 70 years and won't rust out here in our neck of the woods.

 

Build the sedan, I like it.
