Very nice work!! Glad to see there are still small 1 man shops that take great pride in their work and yours truly shows! I hope everything works out for you and it appears that it is !!

Also how tight of a bend can you put into these pieces, both the hard and easy way?

Every time I check in on this thread it just gets better. I'd have to believe that it is just simpler and easier to make pieces to order rather than try to stock certain bends.

Thanks . It is much easier and cheaper for me. With the cost of steel i can afford to have pre bent stuff laying around waiting to ship out. Plus mot times its “ what i need is frame X you did but an inch higher/ lower kick up and 2” longer”. So just easier to do them to order

The very first picture. 2 bends close together. Boyce could not do that for me. 2 x 3 extensions for the rear of a NASCAR frame. I just had him do the bend over the axle to straight down slightly to the bumper. One tech inspector told me [1989 ] if the car ever gets wrecked I should miter joint the rear like everyone else. Future cars I did. Ellis miter saw came in handy. The mandrel bent 2 x 3 front stub was OK. Boyce bent circle track late model rails for me starting in the summer of 75. When I moved to N C 1989 I had Wallace Tube Benders do 2 x 4 F 100 rails. Sent drawing. Bent the hard way of course. When they arrived they were bent the easy way. Sent them back. Lucky I had no money down. They said that was the hard way. They said they even looked at a truck. Hard to believe. I went back to Boyce.

    I realised that.
My main intention was to bump the thread for others to appreciate, although with the time difference here, that doesn’t always work out.

I've watched a few of his videos, great non-condescending attitude.
