    I think you are referring to the OP’s manifold, here’s the front of the Edelbrock B10.

    Thank you. Looks like a race manifold. The OP should look for a different one if it's going on a street ride.

    I run a Weiand, the early one with no water crossover. I drilled the heads for 3/8 pipe and ran -10 lines to an Offenhauser thermostat housing, never a problem with cooling.

    Run a BDS and not have to drill the heads.

    If your heads are aluminum you can weld an AN bung to that spot
