@andydodge has been looking for photos of a dragster with features like the one in the above post. The car in question is the Vandal, is that a large V (for Vandal) on the cowl?

 

Hard to tell from the angle of the photo but it looks like it.

 

That's it.

 

It appears to be an early dodge, or Plymouth Woodie. Look at the headlight mounting on the front fenders, also look at the character lines at the rear of the front and rear fenders.
