Not sure those wheels will fit the HAMB criteria for traditional and would probable be deleted. The manufacture of the wheels is only about 10 years old.

What about stealing some paint from the engine guy for the wheels?

 

how about these T bird caps I found on narrow whitewalls..Im.thinking if I put bullets in the center they will be one of a kind

I like this idea! Here it is with the '66 TBird caps with bullets.

When I see '49-51 Fords, I always think '50s Kustom. But I suspect you're more of a hot rod guy. But with he '66 TBird caps and bullets, how about a mid-sixties mild custom? Keep the nose-down attitude and add a little two-tone flake on top.

How about full color....

 

Had a bit of a try with it - Hard to do it nice when proportions are warped to begin with.

 

It has “stainless” down the side now…..it’s not a Pontiac or DeSoto
