Customs Cars made into Pick-ups

Well, here's the Hudson we just lately did. I got better pictures somewhere:

you left out the 1/4 windows!

 

I think it looks quite nice without the quarter windows and possibly the rear window enlarged.

 

Arkansaw, man. We don't need to see out back.

Is this a dive bomber?
Or just the only way to get the whole car into the picture, short of taking a step or two back.

I'm going to step out on a limb and guess many of the cars converted into pickups started when a heavily rearended car was spotted in a wrecking yard and a hazy purple light bulb lit up in peoples minds.
Some of them work, many, not so much.

 

Or...cheap booze. You just need to try looking with better eyes Douglas, you know 20/20..Mad Dog.

 

That Lincoln is very cool, I have a space in my shop for it if it needs a new home.
