    Hello,

    Cruising in a one of a kind station wagon or sedan delivery is pretty cool. So, with that in mind, I customized a 210 two door Chevy station wagon with its own custom Nomad style top and window system. For me, there is little to block the rear right side blind spot given by the normal 56 Nomad center roof line. This custom Nomad has a great “Greenhouse View” all around.

    But, the 4 door hardtop was also a new style and families wanted to get into the custom look station wagon, while still piling in the two kids in the back. So, model #2 with a custom top and 4 doors. Still keeping the wide open look of all 4 windows down.

    After owning 2 all-black cars within our timeline, it was great for a teenager, but difficult for daily upkeep for older folks. So, for the last 25 years, we have had white and silver colors that keep the shine and clean surfaces much longer between car washes and detailing.

    But, who could resist a Black/Silver 56 Chevy hardtop station wagon for those nice drives to the coastal oceans and fast waves?

    It can be a gray area between 'art' and 'craft'........
    I do make quite a few shift knobs from scratch but for my buyers-on-a-budget, I will take economically priced, off-the-shelf knobs and trick 'em up a little to be 'custom'.......
