I saw this on Facebook. No caption. Could someone enlighten us on what it is or was? Looks like an early Ford short block heavily modified?

  19. Guys, I thought we agreed never to let Mr. Borsch out again. You know what happened last time. Hehe.

  22. IIRC, the " Silver Bullet " was powered by a 273" small block Mopar engine.

  28. G. Fox and company was where my mother, my aunts, and my grandmother shopped. The store was always known for quality merchandise. The store always had a white sale every January.. The Christmas decorations were fantastic, in every big window on Main street. Beatrice Fox Auerbach took over the store after her father passed away. She was a sharp business person. When the state built I-84 through downtown Hartford, she insisted, and got, an exit ramp from I-84 that exited right at the entrance to G. Fox's parking garage. When the state of Connecticut was building I-291 as a loop around Hartford the state wanted to take a small piece of Beatrice Fox Auerbach's "Auerbach Farm " in Bloomfield, Connecticut. Beatrice told the state, "No Way", and to this day there are unfinished ramps where I-291 was supposed to go, and I-291 was never finished.. She certainly had some political power.
