Well I guess it's all over for another year. Now all to do is clean up the mess and swallow a handful of Tums.
@Sky Six Hey SS, Nice capture of a different view of downtown San Juan Capistrano. The old San Juan Mission is straight down this Camino Capistrano Roadway, where the dark trees are located in the old photo. The oldest high school is next to the mission and had one of the nicest wooden floors around. But, the new high school back then in San Clemente took all of the students in the area. The oldest elementary school is right near the mission and after many remodeling builds, still exists today. Their next project is to build an A/C system for all of the old buildings. How old? Remember flip out windows? All 4 opening at the same time outward? Jnaki On the same street near the above posted photograph. From an old HAMB thread: Here is an old HAMB post from 2017 with another HAMB guy, @1oldtimer Hey 1OT, Visiting San Juan Capistrano's coolest antique shop? What a prime parking location on Camino Capistrano. I am amazed that parking was available there on a weekend. We have shopped there many times and frequent the restaurants around the corner and across the street. Nice cruising partner in front of your cool Ford truck.
