RED 57 two-ten hardtop for the GOLD! Johnny
In case anyone wonders why I regularly point these cars out is it's because I really don't think people understand they are somewhat special, being a non-BelAir and all.
I know that for the longest time after I had my BelAir I didn't know these cars existed.

It’s not a case of which model is better. I’m going by the build in this case.

On that note. My nephew has a 57 210 hardtop.

Sorry guys, I know, that was in bad taste!
The 56 Chevy has been a bit of a "step child" in some peoples' eyes, hell, the car that I and all my high school classmates idolized was a 56 sedan (I've mentioned it prior).

Tell that’s not air brushed exhaust on the rocker panel? It’s too clean other wise.

I just can't give a like to a car with those damn 10 spoke wheels on the front!

those awful wheels are one of the biggest frauds perpetrated on the traditional car hobby in a very long time

If I had a 1957 210, I’d get rid of the top sweep of the side trim and just have that long contiguous one going the length of the car. Same thing goes if I had a Bel Air, can’t stand the aluminum siding they put on those cars.

If I remember correctly, that red 57 210 hardtop was built by Woody's Hot Rod's, from a brand new shell, so it's really not that special, no matter how it's trimmed out.

Yep, appears to be true, though they don't really say much about the two-ten trim level.
A bit odd to me when most everyone would expect a BelAir but credit to them for keeping these cars in circulation.
Curious how many original two-ten hardtops that might have been retrimmed as BelAirs.
I worked with a guy who's son put BelAir trim on his 57 Sedan Delivery, nice, fresh car but bright yellow, he was real proud I'm sure when he showed it to me but I had to bite my lip and not share my "point of view".
I lusted after an original 150 wagon that was near me around 1970 while in high school. Like this one but light yellow and white.
