Customs 1934 standard trunk drain

Well yall... I got my trunk roughed in... There are 2 holes in the bottom corners that would drain directly into the trunk... What goes into these holes so it won't drain into the trunk?

No not those.. I do have some of the reminants of the bumpers in there... There are holes in both lower corners inside the channel itself..

 

Flare the tops of some tubes and weld or panel bond into the holes and run rubber lines through the trunk floor.

 

I appreciate it... .Sounds like thats the plan... Would hate to lay new carpet just to get it soaked .. LOL

 

Similar to the drain holes in the channel of the early tilt windshield.
Hole in the channel, rubber hose running inside the dash and directly out a hole to the firewall.
