Very cool ride. No idea who owned it or where it came from.

Wasn’t that one of those factory sponsored road race cars for European racing?

  7. Those were Falcon Sprint hardtop  with the V8. Wish i still had mine . It did pay for the house deposit 35 years ago, :D Mine was actually owned by a well to do lady who moved from CA to Monte-Carlo and took the Sprint with her, it finally showed up in Amsterdam where i bought it including all the original documentation. The '64s were there as well.

There was, I think, a sectioned early Falcon sedan possibly built by Holman and Moody that got some magazine ink, back before the Mustang or hardtop Falcons were a thing. It may have had a modified roof though.

I wanna say I may have seen this car finished last year at the Father's Day Roadster show swamp meet. It was a greenish blue color as I remember. I recall the rear wheel wheels very nicely done like that one,But I've been wrong before ....

The second set of photos I posted are what it currently looks like now. I just have never seen one sectioned like that with a later 64/65 body line in the center

Yeah, that would make a fun little car. SOMEONE...needs to finish it.
Unfortunately, not me, too many projects now.

Didn’t Ryan do an article on the Falcon Challengers I, II, and III not too long ago?

I don't think this is a holman moody car but would be cool if it was

I believe what You think is 64/65 "middle", Is simply the seam of the removed...

That sectioned Falcon is down right sexy. I could use a couple of those; one for road work and one for straight lines.

If the car doesn’t have any significant history behind it turn it into a drag car or finish it off as one. A healthy iron head 408 Cleveland + Jerico dr4 would be pretty fast….a street brawler.

  25. And then there's this, a concept built for Ford and shown in the February, '63 issue of Popular Hot Rodding.

I do like the way sectioning that body changed the look from econocar to Euroracer. A mile chop top would have brought it all back into proportion.

Not advertised anywhere the owner reached out to me and said he was planning on selling. I might put a deposit on it this week
