VINTAGE SHOTS FROM DAYS GONE BY! (Part 2)

This is a great picture. I'm not sure if this is done any more but it so much more affective then the the motorized brooms that are used now. You got to know the gentleman sweeping and became friendly with him and that made you think about littering on the street he had just cleaned and that was a plus for all.
