Gents can anyone ID these flywheels please?....Seller says they're Chevy??....Could they be early and late Chev?
By my untrained eye.. the one in the middle looks smaller in diameter than the outer two. Maybe 153 tooth vs 168? I don’t know. The one on the far right with all the black on it, maybe from a smoked clutch disc.? The middle one and the far left one look as if they’ve been “left out back” for some time. Consider shipping costs they are not light) and a trip to a machine shop to have them resurfaced , etc. Might be best to just buy a new cast iron clutch? It’s not as if new Chevy flywheels are hard to find Edit: meant CI flywheel
The one on the right with the "ditch" running around it looks like an early sbc flywheel, but could also be from a 235. If so, it would have a timing mark on the backside that looks like a BB embedded in it.
The two on the sides are 235 or other Stovebolt, the one in the middle is not Chevy. Note the 3 dowel holes in two of them, and no dowel hole in the other. None of them will fit your 283. The correct flywheel will have one dowel hole.
