    Just north of Creed's place, around '77 it was an Acme for a while [I think], still there selling cars [I think again], don't drive by it much.

    Yeah, the hoist is on a trolly (on an I-beam).

    But...WHY ?

    Reminds me very much of something that happened back when I worked at B&M (transmissions). Funny now, but NOT at the time.

    Yea, I'm thinking that lift set up is a hard pass for me.

    It may have worked when that car was almost new. Can you imaging the noises and associated pops and snaps the car would make in the lifting and setting it back down of that car today? Want to bet what the condition of the glass and door fit would be afterwards with that car today?

    Reminds me of a 65 Ford we had on a old 2 post lift back about 1975 we went to lunch and rear post came down the front stayed up...........................
