The Road through your Windshield...

In a 350+ convoy traveling through our local small towns heading to a park up show. JW

 

Now 34 years "Thru the windshield" of my '30 Coupe ... and I love it.

It was in the 30s today. Took the roadster out for a ride to my friend's house and did some muddy burnouts in his driveway. This is the ride home, that's my place up on the left.

 

Dirt Drag Demo, was really wild after the water truck. JW

 

yesterday on the way home from town....6" of snow last night which means at least 4" of salt and cinder

 

on the way to breakfast this morning

 

Rain day.

 

70 mph down the interstate. Open air filter , no problems.
Hated the semi's passing me.

 

I like looking at these Louvers!

 

Warmed up into the 40s yesterday so we took the hot rod out for an Easter lunch cruise. We must've looked particularly sketchy, that Prius pulled over and let us by!

 

It was cold this morning but I bundled up and drove the '30 to work anyway. It'll pay off this afternoon when the temp hits 50+. I'll be taking the long way home!

 

What im driving is a little OT, but Dads coupe is what I was taking a pic of anyway. First one is Great Lakes Dragaway( I know, not realy a road). Second one is Archer ave in Willow Springs IL

 

I chased these clam shells all over town.

 

just a bit of snow left in the shaded spots and of course on the river and lakes

coulda' been Roadster Weather but then there wouldn't have been a hood to get a reflection off of.....
