The 1st ram I raced was a Weiand on a 327 with single 3310 Holley with a best of 11.92 in the 1/4 mile in a 3100 lb 67 Chevelle drag car, learned a lot about tuning trying to bracket race that package ;)

Thanks, enloe, that brings back good memory's
Sold the 67 as a roller for the cash to buy the 56 project that my late racing buddy started.
That will be the new home for the Victor ram 434 17.jpg

I have collected a few tunnel rams over the years. As well as a few other cool things.

I had a tunnel and a pair of double pumpers on a 460 Ford in a Tahiti day cruiser with a Berkely Jetovator and water injected headers. Looked great. Sounded mean. Ran for shit. Towed it with a matching Ranchero. I am pretty sure that was the year I started growing out my Kentucky Waterfall. Dorito Nacho Cheese was the main food group, washed down with Schlitz Malt. Lord.

I've only ever owned one tunnel ram...........but in 1974 it and two Holleys dissapeared off the bench before I could install it.
Ended up replacing it with an Edelbrock Smokey Ram.

    My "RIDGERUNNER" tunnel rams.
The polished one sat on the shelf since 1988 when I sold my Anglia, just put it on a 37 Chev coupe. 100_4363.JPG

I am going to Bowling Green next week. We will be camping Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday leaving on Sunday. I am sure that I will be adding to the parts pile.

It looks like more than it is because my space is small.
